Public/open workshops
Three-day CPD-accredited in-person workshop facilitated in central London OR 20-hour online remote workshop spread over ten weeks.
Content includes MBTI® profiling, situational and principles of leadership and management, adult learning, coaching, counselling, feedback, time management and prioritisation.
Both forms of this programme may be customised and internally branded for in-house facilitation.
A two-day CPD-accredited follow-up programme
Similar to the three day course, with a choice of public or in-house options, available both in-person and remotely. Content includes team building, leading change, conflict resolution, recruitment, and further coaching practice.
