Phil’s Background
Through working with and coaching individuals and teams, Phil and his team of Associates significantly influence performance and productivity. Phil provides coaching support to professionals at all levels within all corporate functions and executive coaching to Board members. He was the second person in the UK to be awarded the CPD Standards Office Coach of Excellence accreditation. Phil designs and delivers excellently evaluated skills & knowledge development workshops and other solutions for clients throughout Europe and the Middle and Far East, mainly specialising within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, communications, petrochemical, and logistics industries. Phil also offers skills development support to clients’ customers, enhancing brand value propositions. His training support and coaching time are accredited for continuing professional development (CPD).

Phil has worked within the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and Management Centre Europe (Brussels) faculties and is an Associate Member of the Healthcare Communications Association. He judges the UK Pharmaceutical Field Sales Awards annually and writes on learning and development matters for pharmaceutical and healthcare journals. An accomplished presenter, trainer, facilitator, and coach, Phil has acquired an enviable reputation for delivering high-quality and commercially focused skills and knowledge development solutions and coaching support.
